The role:
You'll partner with our Head of GTM | Strategy to run the operational engine of our fulfillment org. They own client strategy. You own the system; team cadence, hiring, SOPs, dashboards, accountability, and the AI-native workflows that let us punch above our weight class. You'll also share client communication and standup responsibilities with the Head of GTM on a select group of accounts.
Reports to the founder, partners with the Head of GTM | Strategy, manages the GTM Engineering team.

Responsibilities:
- Run the weekly operating rhythm — standups, 1:1s, pod meetings, scorecard reviews
- Own the hiring funnel and onboarding for GTM Engineers as we scale
- Build internal processes, SOPs, and dashboards that drive client results forward
- Serve as the accountability backbone — every client has a clear owner, every yellow flag gets addressed before it goes red
- Share client communication and standups with the Head of GTM | Strategy on a select group of accounts
- Build AI-native workflows across the team using Claude Code and modern tooling
- Hold the team to a high bar and report to the founder on what to push on next
You're a fit if:
- 3+ years in agency operations, GTM ops, or a senior fulfillment role
- You've run GTM or growth at scale and understand what breaks at every growth stage
- You've managed a team of 3+ in a service business
- You've built operating cadences from scratch, not just maintained someone else's
- You're strong in client-facing conversations — comfortable leading standups, owning communication, and being the calm presence when things get hot
- You think in systems and roll up your sleeves the same week
- You have what we call "figure it the fuck out" ability — you take things into your own hands and only escalate when you've hit a real wall
- You're a missionary, not a mercenary — you want to plant a flag, not collect a contract

The setup:
- $100K base + performance bonus, $120K+ total comp target
- Fully remote, North American time zone required
- In-person events, offsites, working sessions; bonus if you're in or near Toronto
- Build your personal brand alongside ours
- Direct partnership with the founder and Head of GTM
